1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the brushline.ai website and any content or services we make available through it (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Individual Brushline products may be governed by their own separate terms.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Brushline, Inc., an independent software studio based in Seattle, Washington.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or using it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Brushline name and marks — are owned by Brushline, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, onesquad.ai or external tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brushline, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brushline, Inc. from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington.
